If you would like to add a bit of variation to the fonts of your replies, here are some code tags for it.
Verdana Times New Roman Comic Sans MS Arial Courier New Tahoma Century Autumn Lucida Console Rockwell Scibble Trebuchet
How exactly they work as there is no closed bracket on the end section is something you'll have to work out and let me know! If there are any other interesting fonts that you would like to post up the code for, feel free to add them and test out if they work on this thread.

For now, until the problem has been resolved, if you wish to type the word m/ember (ignore the /) or g/uest then you are going to have to put one odd letter or symbol into the word. These words are not only being replaced on the bar at the bottom but throughout the posts with whatever they are replaced with.

It's code that's supposed to change the words at the bottom, but it's changing the words in the whole forum.

oh i am sure there is. I just need to work out what addition I need to make to the code so it pays attention to those lines only. Annoyingly when it was posted up, it was posted for the specific purpose of changing those two logins by proboards themselves. You'd think they would have checked the code didn't effect the whole board first? If anyone is enthusiastic, the original code is in the proboards support forum - which is linked at the bottom of the site. I don't know where to go on there to ask about a soltuion as they locked the FAQs.

It is lines of additional code put in so that the two words could be changed. I suspect it's html... it's just one line that's likely wrong and if I can find the help board on proboards that is open, then I will give them a prod and see if they can tell me what that fix is.

It's javascript.
It's designed to go into the main page footer. Though it will probably affect all text on that page.
My guess is the same footer is being used on all pages, so the switchit function is affecting all pages.

I have corrected the code so it only comes up on the main page. In theory this should stop it from 'correcting' the posts. If it does not, or causes other problems, feel free to let me know and I will correct it. Thanks Mr Trump for solving the mystery.
